Starbucks Grilled Cheese

This Starbucks-Inspired Grilled Cheese is crispy, buttery, and loaded with gooey melted cheese. With a parmesan-infused butter spread and a perfect golden crust, this homemade version tastes just like the coffee shop favorite, maybe even better!

Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread (bakery-style works best)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with grated parmesan.
  2. Spread the butter mixture on the outside of each sourdough slice. Place the white cheddar and mozzarella between the slices.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing down slightly, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
