Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Make the horseradish crema by combining the sour cream, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
  3. Without separating the individual rolls, slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally through the center to create one large top and bottom.
  4. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the roast beef evenly over the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese and pickle chips.
  6. Spoon or spread the horseradish crema over the filling, then place the top half of the rolls over everything.
  7. Make the buttery Dijon glaze by stirring together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and garlic powder.
  8. Brush or spoon the glaze generously over the tops of the sliders.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through and golden on top.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice into 12 individual sliders, and serve warm with additional horseradish crema if desired.
