2 Ingredient Slow Cooker Ham
If you're looking for a no fuss main dish that tastes like grandma spent all day basting it, this one’s for you. Sweet, savory, fall-apart tender, and perfect for holidays or meal prep, all it takes is a spiral ham, brown sugar, and a slow cooker.
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Add 1.5 cups of brown sugar to the bottom of your slow cooker.
-
Place the ham on top, flat side down if possible. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of brown sugar evenly over the top of the ham.
-
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. If you’re short on time, or your slow cooker cooks fast, 5–6 hours on low still works just switch to warm afterward.
-
Once cooked, remove the ham, slice or shred, and return it to the juices to soak up all that brown sugar magic.

Got leftovers? Use them for sliders, omelets, or stir into mac and cheese. This recipe is also a hit in a Hawaiian roll sandwich situation. Just sayin’.
