A delicious and perfect weeknight meal the whole family will love.

Walking Taco Casserole

You can easily prepare this casserole ahead of time with a few simple steps. Make the meat and bean filling (without the toppings) up to 2 days in advance and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

When ready to serve, preheat the oven to 350°F. Transfer the filling to a casserole dish, top with cheese and Fritos, and bake as directed, adding an extra 5-10 minutes to ensure it's warmed through.
