Description

This Trader Joe’s Dumpling Bake is a creamy, spicy one-pan dinner made with chicken gyoza, coconut cream, Thai-style red curry sauce, and Soyaki. Everything bakes together in one dish for an easy weeknight dinner packed with sweet, savory, and spicy flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag Trader Joe’s Chicken Gyoza Potstickers
  • 1 can coconut cream (13.5 oz)
  • 3 tbsp Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce
  • ½ jar Trader Joe’s Thai Style Red Curry Sauce
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, optional
  • 1 –2 tsp Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Onion Sprinkle Seasoning Blend
  • Chili crunch oil, for topping
  • Sesame seeds, for topping

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

    Arrange the frozen chicken gyoza in a single layer in a baking dish. There’s no need to thaw them first.

    Pour the coconut cream, Soyaki sauce, and Thai-style red curry sauce over the dumplings.

    Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, if using, and sprinkle with Crunchy Chili Onion seasoning.

    Gently stir or move the dumplings around so they're evenly coated in the sauce.

    Bake at 400°F for approximately 35 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and the sauce is hot and creamy.

    Remove from the oven and finish with chili crunch oil and sesame seeds.

    Serve warm, spooning plenty of the creamy curry sauce over each serving.
