One Pot Viral Lasagna Soup
All the cozy, cheesy goodness of lasagna but in soup form! This one pot recipe is hearty, creamy, and perfect for fall and winter nights. Bonus: it’s way easier (and faster) than making a full lasagna.

In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft and fragrant.

Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

Stir in tomato paste and marinara. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

Pour in beef broth and add broken lasagna noodles. Cook 6–7 minutes, until noodles are tender.

Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and basil. Mix until creamy and cheesy.

In a small bowl, combine ricotta mix ingredients.

Serve soup hot, topped with a generous dollop of ricotta mix and extra Parmesan + parsley.
