Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough into 6 equal pieces.

Roll each piece of dough into a ball, then roll in Halloween sprinkles until coated.

Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between each cookie.

Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and gently press one Pillsbury pumpkin-shaped sugar cookie into the center of each partially baked cookie.
