Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Kewpie mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until everything is well combined.
