Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos
A crispy, cheesy twist on tacos with all the flavors of a Caesar salad! These Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos combine seasoned ground chicken, crispy tortillas, melty parmesan, and fresh Caesar salad for a perfect balance of crunchy, creamy, and savory in every bite.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken (½ lb makes about 2 tacos)
Instructions

Take a tortilla and spread a thin layer of ground chicken on one side. Press the chicken firmly into the tortilla.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and sprinkle parmesan onto the pan. Place the chicken side of the tortilla down onto the cheese. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook the tortilla side for another 1-2 minutes.

Toss the Caesar salad mix with the dressing, then add the croutons and diced tomato.
