Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 9oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated package)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon pieces over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside on a plate lined with paper towels. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet for added flavor.
